Job Description
Colorcubes Designs is seeking a self-motivated and passion-driven Business Development Executive to join our Pro Audio division. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex audio technology and client needs, driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building and expert solution pitching.
Educational Qualifications / Experience
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development specifically for technology-oriented products in the Audio or Media industry.
Education: MBA in Marketing is a significant advantage.
Technical Background: Good fundamental knowledge of Pro Audio concepts and technologies. A Diploma or Degree in Sound Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Solution Pitching: Gain a firm understanding of the Pro Audio products and solutions represented by Colorcubes and successfully pitch them to prospects.
Segment Growth: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers across diverse segments, including Recording Studios, Broadcasters, Musicians, and Post-Production Houses.
Sales Operations: Generate new leads, negotiate client pricing, forecast revenue, and maximize overall project profitability.
Proposal Management: Draft detailed quotations and professional proposals tailored to prospective client requirements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales cycle.
Process Efficiency: Create and refine internal and external processes to improve business efficiency.
Market Initiatives: Research, plan, and implement initiatives for emerging target markets such as streaming audio, codecs, and gaming.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with video, cinema, and technical support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Communication: Must possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
Mobility: Willingness to travel on company business as and when required.
